John has been my coach on and off for the last 10 plus years. During that time I have found his detailed but straight forward and personable approach to coaching to be very effective.
In my 30’s he coached me to some strong road racing results and now that I am in my late forties, He is guiding me to not only be as fit on the bike as possible but also to be the fittest and strongest version of myself I can be as I grow older. This is especially true with the introduction of Strength training to my program to ensure that I have a more balanced form of strength and fitness that is necessary for an older athlete such as myself to remain injury free.
I cannot express how much John’s coaching has contributed to my enjoyment of cycling and keeping fit, especially so as my competitive and fitness goals change as I age.
