"Richard Hembrough has been racing competitively in time trials over all distances for the past 15 years. In recent years he's focused on racing at 10 & 25 miles. His current PB’s are: 10m 21.02 & 25m 54.05, both achieved during 2003. Since that date he has been close improving these times but never quite got there and craves to go under 21 minutes for 10 miles.
