I've got a mixed background of high level hockey, occassional distance running with no training and leisure riding with mates. Last season I dabbled in TT's, doing club 10's and a couple of open events without getting any rides in on fast courses.
Without any real clue how to train for TT's I started beating people who've been at this a bit longer than me, so I thought it was time to start training properly.

In addition to this I work at the velodrome so I'm surrounded by world
class athletes for inspiration.

I'm hoping John can get me to my potential, add some motivation to train, and I can keep my end of the deal by putting in performances to match the quality of my kit!

Next season I'm looking to shatter PB's for 10 and get started at 25's,  which based on running experience should be more like my distance.

10 PB: 24.46, Club ten
25 PB: NA- only done 1 and it didn't count as the course was illegal
