I seriously got into cycling when I left school mainly going on long rides and taking part in local TTs. I rode for about 4 years constantly and then the inevitable happen I discovered women and beer everything else went out the window including my cycling.

After meeting my wife and settling down I have over the last 5 years been getting back into cycling. Each year I have become more determined and serious about my sport. I have been frustrated with my performances in local TTs and found the whole training scene rather confusing. Time is not on my side the wife has a glint in her eye and is getting broody. I felt I needed help and found John Morgan was just what I was looking for. Everything he says makes sense and all though I have only been following his plan for over 2 months I am starting to reap the benefits of a structured training programme.
