What
is the knowledge? Over the last 3 years I have been working on a book
which encapsulates all the principles of training, nutrition and goal
setting which I use in my coaching. It is written for the time starved
rider who wants to be the best that they can be in as little as 4 hours a
week. It is a labour of love which has been written, scrapped, started
again and changed on a weekly basis over the years as my knowledge as a
coach and rider has grown. Finally I am happy with it and it has been a
hit with the athletes who have trialled it for me. It tells you everything
you need to know about constructing a training plan and detailed sessions
to bring you to your peak.
