 'Having
ditched a stressful, high pressure job for the joys of working from home
this was the first year that I could commit to a decent training regime
and do some proper racing. It was always going to be a year of transition
and learning, but in spite of my self penned coaching plan results haven’t
been too bad. However I feel that I have taken myself as far as I can now.
Next year I will be racing more and looking for big improvements…which is
where my new John Morgan uber training plan comes in.'

8th – T Mobile / Giant ‘Mountain Mayhem’ 24 hr race (Sport)
