Dave says; 'I wanted a 19 minute 10 this season and to break our club 25 record which stands  at 53.07, but think a result of unstructured/unspecific training and lack of  discipline has failed me there, cue a coach for next season. The season wasn't a 
total washout with pb's for 10 and 25 on rainford and a 21.01 on tarleton'
