Excellent phone and e-mail access to your coach. You will always know where I am and always be able to get hold of me. Busy lives and ever changing schedules mean you need to be able to get hold of your coach quickly. 2 E mails per month and a phone call every full moon don't really work. We will have excellent two way communication as part of the rider / coach team. High quality, detailed personalised weekly training schedules unique to you. The training is structured, logical and targeted around your specific strengths and weaknesses. There is nothing magical or mysterious about the training, it is based around logic, science, hard work and a fair dose of coach's intuition. If you have the passion and dedication I will make sure it is channelled to make you the best athlete that you can be. Access to the rider’s forum where you can talk to all the other riders that I coach and about training, racing, bike bits and life in general. You will feel part of an excusive team. Your training will be explained to you and you’ll know exactly why you are doing each session. I wouldn’t carry out a training session unless I knew why and I wouldn’t expect my riders to either. I want all my riders to understand and learn. If you have a power meter - FANTASTIC!! We will use it as an integral part of the training, if you don't then don't worry we will use HR and 'riding on feel'. All these mediums are simply tools and even the most complex of tools is useless unless it it is used correctly. I'll show you how. All the training is prescribed and analysed through training peaks, no messing about with antiquated word documents and spread sheets. Every pedal rev you make will be analysed and thought through as soon as it's uploaded. On top of this you also get
