Bespoke Plan

Due to demand it is no longer possible for me to offer weekly training packages. The one service I now offer is my very popular and successful "12 week bespoke plan". I believe that in terms of value for money this coaching product is the best on the market today.

Get in touch and I'll send you my coaching pack which gives me a great feel for  where you are and where you want to be. I'll then gather any more additional information I need and ask you to remotely perform some initial tests that are specific to your cycling goals. I will then write a 12 week training plan for you. I don't write the plan in one go because to try and do that would result in a poor product. I write it typically in 4 week blocks. At the end of each 3 week period you send me your feedback, which I'll review it and provide you with comments. I'll then write a further 4 weeks worth and so on. If any questions arise as you're following the plan you mail me them to me and I turn them round as quickly as possible. I want you to understand what you are doing and why. None of my plans is ever written to the mantra of ''just follow the plan, ask no questions and all will be well".

I have written many plans like this over the years and riders have achieved amazing things as a result. They work best for you if you are pretty good at sticking to a plan without daily contact with a coach.

I can offer this product at a good price because it does not take up as much time on a daily basis through phone calls and data review as my weekly training package. It is not because it is an inferior product in any way. I take pride that each and every plan I write is unique. Each one is tailored around your level of fitness, your aspirations and your life style.
